The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing the 360 recruitment across the developing business arm based in Italy. You will be based in the Head Office in London, focusing on building a network and working with key internal stakeholders based in Italy.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage the end to end recruitment process, from taking the initial brief from stakeholders, screening CV's to offer management.
• Build strong relationships with the wider HR team to ensure a good understanding of headcount needs
• Build excellent relationships with all stakeholders to understand business strategy, priorities, challenges and highlights
• Proactively build and use your social and professional network
• Use new and imaginative marketing tools and strategies to attract candidates
• Support the Head of Talent Acquisition with creating and imbedding our employer branding strategy across the group,
• Manage relationships with 3rd party providers including negotiating terms and SLA's
• Produce and analyse reports around sourcing and metrics as needed
• Support the TA and wider HR team in ad-hoc projects

Knowledge and Skills

• Proven experience managing the end to end recruitment process
• Fluent in English and Italian is essential to be considered for this role
• Experience of working across Europe in a matrix organisation
• Experience using Social media tools in a Recruitment context such as LinkedIn
• Passionate about delivery - focusing on achieving the best results
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage moving deadlines and heavy workload
• Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and positive attitude
