HR BP - EMEA Projects
Global leader in the commercial real estate market with over 30,000 employees globally and a presence in over 50 countries.
As the HR Project Manager you will lead key, strategic projects within HR that contribute to organisational effectiveness and function as the HR interface on business led projects across EMEA, including integration projects. You will work with the EMEA HR leadership team, CoE and stakeholders at all levels in an organisation to plan and execute projects of varying size and complexity. More so, where applicable you will you will provide data analysis and reporting, working with the HR MI and data team.
You will be an ambitious, influential HR professional with proven experience of planning and executing projects of varying size and complexity, ideally across EMEA. You will be skilled in partnering and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix, commercial business and be flexible in approach. Experience in M&A and an ability to analyse and present data as well as budgeting skills will be well received.
Remuneration will include a base salary of £65,000, car allowance of £5,500 and benefits pack.
