A HR Advisor is required for a 12 month fixed term contract based in Chelmsford

Your new role
Your responsibilities will be to look after your dedicated area of the business, ensure that HR policy and practice are compliant with legislation, aligned to company strategy and actively support the development and development and reward and retention for business.

  • Support strategic approach to HR management to ensure the successful implementation of group strategies and operational plans
  • Implementation of organisational change strategies
  • Management of HR Metrics reporting
  • Provide full business partner support to allocated departments throughout the employee life cycle
  • Management and upkeep of Databases: Recruitment, Payroll, Pensions and Benefits
  • Encourage and support organisational development practice
  • Design, implementation and on-going management of effective reward practices
  • Develop appropriate compliant HR policies and standards to ensure effective and equitable management of staff throughout the organisation and provide advice on such policies

What you'll need to succeed

  • CIPD qualified (or studying towards)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised
  • Positive attitude with the ability to inspire and influence others
