We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Manager / HR Business Partner in Dorset
Were seeking an HR Manager / HR Business Partner for a 3-6 months interim contract in Dorset.
You will be working as part of the Senior HR team overseeing a business unit, providing a full HR service to managers. Leading a HR team you will be supporting the business unit managers with a full mix of HR activities including :
- Employer Relations
- Change
- Restructures
- HR Business Strategy/Planning
- Recruitment
- Policy/Development
- Well being
- Pay/Reward / Recognition
Candidates
Were seeking an available HR Manager/HR Business Partner who is fully qualified Chartered MCIPD
Experience of working within large complex organisations ideally unionised
Leadership/management of HR Advisors / HR Coordinators
