A large global bank based in London is looking for a Recruitment Ops Manager to join the HR team. Reporting in to the Head of Recruitment Ops for the Bank, you will be responsible for managing all of the relationships, and resourcing processes / related risks & issues working with the recruitment vendors who manage all permanent hiring across all functions of the business. You will also have a counterpart who performs the same role but with a focus on contingent vendors.

You will be an accomplished Recruitment Ops Project Manager ideally with a permanent vendor Recruiter background who must have operated in a global financial services organisation (ideally). You will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills as you will work closely with a large volume of Recruitment Managers and senior stakeholders in the business. You will be highly organised and articulate as you will have oversight of all SLA's & all permanent vendor management. Degree (2:1+ preferred).
