Our client is recruiting for an Organisational Development Associate until October to cover maternity leave.

Your new company
Our financial services company is recruiting for an Organisational Development Associate to cover maternity leave until October 2019. This is a role to start immediately, the current person in the job is leaving on the 18th March so be beneficial to have a weeks handover.

Your new role
The organisation are currently experiencing a lot of organisational change, you will be delivering all programmes, redesigning teams, and leading with cultural change. You will be working with the head of OD and Business Change templates, tools and guidance including supporting the business when implementing. You will be facilitating preparation and readiness for Organisational Design activities and events, including workshop planning, sprint and retro demos. You will draft work stream process reports and ensure skills, assumptions and issues are appropriately identified, escalated and managed.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role would be open and flexible to change, have a positive attitude, be proactive, organised and an excellent planner. You must have experience of working in an Organisational Design and Development or a HR environment.You do not need to have background experience within a similar industry but it would be beneficial.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £28,482, 25 days annual leave, civil service pension arrangements, discretionary bonus arrangements, flexible working, development opportunities and the offices is in an excellent location in Brighton.

Although there is not a guarantee that you will be extended at the end of the contract in October, this is a growing organisation so there may be growth in another department.
