Job Details
An International Charity who are based in East London, are looking to appoint a Recruitment Officer on an initial 6 month fixed term contract to start as soon as possible. The Recruitment Officer will support the Recruitment Manager with a number of campaigns while taking ownership for the full recruitment cycle on assigned projects. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for candidate attraction advertising, interviewing and offering hiring managers advice and guidance. The Recruitment Office will attend interviews with hiring managers and work closely with the HR team through the on-boarding process. The successful candidate will have previous 360 recruitment experience ideally from an in-house environment, and, be confident to lead on assigned projects. The role will require you to adapt to changing deadlines and the confidence to influence hiring managers with the recruitment process. The organisation is based in East London, and, with an International focus, provides help and support who are victims of natural disasters or conflicts. The role of the Recruitment Officer is offered on an initiall 6 month contract with an immediate start.
