Ashley Kate are excited to be partnering our client in their search an experience Reward Specialist who can support them for 3-6 months on a new salary benchmarking project.
The consultations to understand the culture of the organisation is now complete and now they need someone to support them to evolve and develop it a robust and transparent benchmarking exercise and, more importantly, a new system to provide pay progression opportunities

  • Work with the HRD to develop a total reward strategy that is aligned with and supports delivery of the Strategic Plan.
  • Analyse current pay levels within the organisation against relevant market benchmarking to identify and report on any potential issues or risks - e.g. potential inequality, gaps under or over the market pay level - making recommendations on how the issues may be addressed.
  • Design some options for a new pay/reward model for consideration by the senior leadership team that will provide pay progression opportunities for staff.
  • Develop appropriate policies and systems to implement the new model
  • Develop an implementation plan that identifies the steps required to implement change including any potential legal/procedural considerations to be addressed.
  • Provide operational support for implementation.
