Interim Internal Mobility Project Lead - £500/£550 p/d
Annapurna HR are working with a leading international organisation who are looking for an Interim Internal Mobility Project Lead.
My client are looking for someone to help develop a business-wide internal mobility strategy. The business wants to gain a greater understanding of the transferable skills/experience gained through all the different areas of the organisation in order to build stronger knowledge of the internal talent pool available, retain talent and reduce hiring costs.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following -
- Review our current IM Policy/guidelines
- Develop the IM proposition
- Talent pool development/design
- Comms in order to drive a culture shift to promote internal talent
To be successful with your application you must have prior experience working in an in-house talent/recruitment team with specific experience developing the internal mobility strategy.
