Portfolio are currently representing an international professional services organisation in their search for an experienced Talent & Development Business Partner to join their organisation on a permanent basis. This is a brand new role within the business, so there is plenty of room to be able to put your own spin on things! The Talent & Development Business Partner will report into the Head of Talent & Development and will be responsible for:
- The design and delivery of the Senior Leadership development agenda
- The design and delivery of leadership development programmes to drive business capability and skills
- Coaching and mentoring on a 1:1 or group basis
- Identifying high potential individuals within the organisation, working with them to develop their skills and making recommendations for internal and external development opportunities
- Delivery of leadership workshops
In order to be considered for this role, it is essential that you have proven experience of working with senior employees within an organisation in a talent development role as well as the following:
- Professional services background is highly desirable
- Experience of developing business strategy
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with experience of coaching teams as well as senior level individuals
- The ability to develop strong business relationships quickly with senior stakeholders
- Strong project management skills
- Educated to degree level, ideally in HR or a related subject, or CIPD qualified
- Strong working knowledge of leadership diagnostics/profiling
- A hands on talent and development professional who can be adaptable, working at both an operational and strategic level
Please note: this role will involve occasional travel to the other office locations, so please only apply if you are willing and able to travel in your role.
