An international law firm based in The City are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join their team. As the Recruitment Assistant you will be responsible for:Acting as first point of contact for recruitment and resourcing enquiriesAdministration of the end to end recruitment process (adding and updating vacancies on the recruitment system, advertising on the on the firm's website, jobs boards and social media etc.)Managing recruitment process for junior level roles to include interviewingBuilding relationships throughout the firm and building relationships with wider HR teamDocumenting and proactively maintaining records for recruitment and proceduresDrafting changes to offer paperwork and contracts and updating policies with the support of the Advisor and ManagerProactively suggesting, promoting and implementing improvements on processesSupporting the Advisor in event management including annual recruiter drinksSupporting on any recruitment orientated projects and trainingReporting and producing management informationTracking recruitment sped to include processing invoices and preparing relevant reportsAs the Recruitment Assistant, you will possess:Relevant experience in a similar type roleStrong attention to detailAbility to handle sensitive situations and information in a discrete mannerExperience working within Professional ServicesStrong organizational skillsIf this Recruitment Assistant role is of interest, please apply directly.
