An international law firm based in The City are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join their team. As the Recruitment Assistant you will be responsible for:

Acting as first point of contact for recruitment and resourcing enquiries

Administration of the end to end recruitment process (adding and updating vacancies on the recruitment system, advertising on the on the firm's website, jobs boards and social media etc.)

Managing recruitment process for junior level roles to include interviewing

Building relationships throughout the firm and building relationships with wider HR team

Documenting and proactively maintaining records for recruitment and procedures

Drafting changes to offer paperwork and contracts and updating policies with the support of the Advisor and Manager

Proactively suggesting, promoting and implementing improvements on processes

Supporting the Advisor in event management including annual recruiter drinks

Supporting on any recruitment orientated projects and training

Reporting and producing management information

Tracking recruitment sped to include processing invoices and preparing relevant reports

As the Recruitment Assistant, you will possess:

Relevant experience in a similar type role

Strong attention to detail

Ability to handle sensitive situations and information in a discrete manner

Experience working within Professional Services

Strong organizational skills
