My client, an international and leading Law Firm are recruiting for a Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join their team. Based in their London office, this role will report into the Graduate Recruitment Manager with a primary focus on the day to day management of recruitment for vacation scheme students and trainee solicitors. As the Graduate Recruitment Adviser, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):Organizing and managing the vacation scheme assessment centre seasonsPre-selection of vacation scheme applications and management of the application pipeline alongside the graduate recruitment managerPost interview - providing feedback where necessary and appropriateManaging and monitoring training contract acceptance ratesManaging the internships recruitment processes, including regular analysis of the recruitment procedures including benchmarks and competencies testedPre-selection of all internship applications alongside the university liaison assistantLiaising with recruitment committees and schools to gain buy-in and support for the international programmesManaging the international vacation scheme selection process, liaising with colleagues in international offices to organize schemesPlanning and overseeing the London vacation schemes and Introduction to Law WorkshopsDrawing up briefing memos to supervisors, trainees and others involved in the vacation schemes and internships and organizing training with Graduate Recruitment partnersPlanning and organizing seat allocation for vacation scheme participantsDesigning and delivering workshops and presentations for participantsSupporting the Graduate Recruitment Manager to analyse and evaluate programmes of events and key initiatives and making improvementsInvolvement in various diversity initiatives and eventsDay to day management of the vacation scheme assistantVarious adhoc projects with the Graduate Recruitment ManagerAs the Graduate Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:Strong academics, ideally to degree levelA minimum of 2/3 year's experience within Graduate Recruitment, ideally within Legal or Professional ServicesPrevious experience of supervising othersEvents organization experienceIf this Graduate Recruitment Advisor role is of interest, please apply directly.
