An Excellent job opportunity for an HR Advisor-(Interim 2 Months) within a busy HR team, in an established, not for profit organisation in Northamptonshire.

Your new role
As an interim HR Advisor, (2 Month-Interim role) you will be part of a busy, customer facing, HR team, you will be responsible for providing advise and guidance on all ER issues including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management, flexible working, maternity and paternity, you will also be responsible for arranging interviews and assisting with some HR administration.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Advisor, ideally in a customer facing role. You must have experience managing ER cases from end-end. You must be able to start work with no more than 2 weeks notice.
