Job Details
My client, an innovative and rapidly growing social enterprise now has a fantastic opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. As HR Business Partner you will support a varied client group across the organisation, acting as a consultant and trusted business partner to management as you assess and anticipate people related needs and develop integrated solutions to deliver value-added services that reflect the business objectives. Building on your already strong understanding across a wide range of HR disciplines including employee relations, reward and compensation, mergers and acquisitions, transformational change, this role requires a commercially astute individual with exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment. As this organization continues on it's exciting journey of growth and development, you'll work closely with your stakeholders to provide expert guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning, manage complex TUPE programmes and provide comprehensive advice and guidance on all TUPE related issues. For this role my client is specifically seeking an individual with a strong background gained within corporate/commercial/private sector environments who can demonstrate current thinking in HR related issues and trends and evidence continuing professional development. Experience of successfully managing change projects and strong knowledge of UK employment law are also key requirements.
