  • In this role you shall be ensuring that there are great blended learning programmes for a diverse range of roles that enable multiple teams to develop their skills and careers at the organisation.
  • You shall also be accountable for authorising training courses as well as the delivery of the courses.
  • Furthermore, you have to maintain and produce training materials and ensure all training needs are met across the business.

Profile

The successful candidate needs to have and be:

  • An experienced trainer/facilitator
  • Have strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to build and maintain high quality working relationships
