The client is looking for a candidate with considerable HR Advisor experience and also a candidate who has experience of dealing with organisational changes.

In this role you shall be handling between 10-15 employee relation cases at any given time as well as being involved in the entire employee lifecycle, performance reviews and absence management.

The client is looking for a candidate with considerable HR Advisor experience and also a candidate who has experience of dealing with organisational changes.

In this role you shall be handling between 10-15 employee relation cases at any given time as well as being involved in the entire employee lifecycle, performance reviews and absence management.

Profile

The successful candidate will preferably be CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum, have dealt with organisational changes, undertaken performance reviews and absence management as well as having a lot of experience of dealing with a wide variety of employee relation cases.
