Job Details
This role is providing hospitality training to all employees for this organisation across the South East. The training will be delivered in varying ways such as in classrooms, e-learning and 1-on-1 sessions.
You shall be responsible for driving service excellence across all sites and ensuring all relevant training is carried out to company employees to ensure such excellence is achieved, attained and maintained.

Hence, why they are looking for a Regional Training & Development Manager who can ensure the highest degree of hospitality training is carried out and delivered to ensure excellence is always attained.
Description
This role is providing hospitality training to all employees for this organisation across the South East. The training will be delivered in varying ways such as in classrooms, e-learning and 1-on-1 sessions.
You shall be responsible for driving service excellence across all sites and ensuring all relevant training is carried out to company employees to ensure such excellence is achieved, attained and maintained.
Profile
The successful candidate will preferably have experience of delivering hospitality training or training to a large audience, across e-learning platforms, and during 1-on-1 sessions.
Experience of writing, editing and adjusting training manuals is also preferable too.
