  • In this role you shall lead the recruitment and selection process to successfully fill all vacancies across the business, coordinating the recruitment cycle from advertising to sourcing to contract of employment.
  • You shall also support the wider HR team with ongoing HR tasks ensuring the service you give is customer focused, high quality, effective, in line with company policies, procedures and the law.

The client is a tenant-led, not for profit, housing association managing homes in the Wycombe District.

Description

  • In this role you shall lead the recruitment and selection process to successfully fill all vacancies across the business, coordinating the recruitment cycle from advertising to sourcing to contract of employment.
  • You shall also support the wider HR team with ongoing HR tasks ensuring the service you give is customer focused, high quality, effective, in line with company policies, procedures and the law.

Profile

The successful candidate needs to have:

  • Excellent HR skills gained from a generalist HR background, with significant experience in recruitment.
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of working well in teams.
  • Excellent organisational/administrative skills.
