Interim HRMI Data Analyst - London - 6 months - £400 to £500 per day

Annapurna recruitment are currently working with a sector leading organisation who are on the hunt for a Manager within their HR Analytics function. This role will be responsible for:

* Partnering with business and acting as the key P.O.C for all HR R&A activities
* Managing, creating, designing and implementing ad-hoc reports to be used trend and strategy purposes
* Meeting both the technical needs of the business and the story telling to explain the data trends being displayed on the visualizations.

The successful candidate will be expected to have experience working in a large scale an organisation that is fast moving and ever changing. Experience developing reports and data management skills are essential. Statistical modelling would be ideal but the capability to interpret MI reports is a must.
