Assistant HR Manager
With the business moving away from transactional HR towards a more strategic and commercially aligned offering this role will handle the full gamut of HR from recruitment to L&D, comp cycles, annual appraisals, training, ER and HR projects. The role will require a commercial generalist with a comfortability operating in a corporate environment.
The role will report into the HR Manager and have indirect management for two HR Advisors. There will be day to day interaction with Business Leads and will require someone with a sensitivity and understanding that HR isn't always black and white. The HR leadership is seeking to give this role growth potential and the chance to take more ownership of the HR spectrum beyond the JD, with a down to earth and hands on mentality integral.
Being an Insurance organisation experience in this industry is preferred, however if someone is used to operating in a financial or professionals services environment and working beyond their day to day responsibilities then I am keen to connect.
CIPD or University degree equivalent is ideally preferred.
