Your new role
This is an opportunity to be in autonomous position leading HR and driving the HR Agenda through a partnership approach in generalist HR role covering both strategy and operations. This is a fast-paced working with stakeholders across the South West region in multi-site role. You will be able to work from home 1-2 days per week. There is strong ER focus with the aim being proactive and preventative as the people expert responsible for coaching and training. You will be developing and implementing a People Plan with the Senior Team to drive high performance, internal succession and organisation effectiveness. You'll work closely with the leadership team to develop behaviours and drive appropriate change to transform and improve organisational effectiveness across the organisation, demonstrating commercial awareness always. You'll also have a focus on assisting the OD to Drive a true performance culture and succession plan. You'll own the graduate and fast track programmes as part of the talent pipeline ensuring Managers take responsibility for the development and management of these individuals.

What you'll need to succeed
This role will suit an experienced HR Business Partner. You need a commercial approach and the ability to be trusted advisor who builds relationships to influence the design and implementation of the sector specific people plan to support HR strategy. You will need strong ER expertise to support and coach Managers. Ideally you will have worked in either retail, hospitality or in a sector in a multi-site environment. Ideally CIPD qualified, but not essential.
