I have an urgent requirement for a Payroll guru to join a rapidly growing business for an estimated 3 months (or possibly perm for the right candidate).
My client is in the midst of data loading ready to launch their new HRIS and Payroll system (Access) in April. There is a lot of work on spreadsheets to gather the data, check it and upload it and are also manually supporting a few new practices payrolls between transition and getting the new system up and running (currently using an outsourced payroll bureau).

My client has 20+ businesses in due diligence and they need to learn them inside and out to get them on the system and transfer their payroll. Knowledge of PAYE numbers, Pension providers, upper or lower earning limits etc is essential.

My client is looking for an individual who has HRIS, pensions and payroll experience with solid understanding of SUN numbers, BACS files, PAYE codes, Pension enrolment and processes. You will need to be comfortable in excel being able to do V Look ups, pivot tables and formulas as needed. There will be a lot of data audit to check files from one to another using matching formulas - automation is key, they don't have time for any manual work at the moment.


This company is a start-up and are on the growth trajectory so the successful individual needs to be ready to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. It is a very busy time for this organisation as they are in the middle of this project however you will be under a counterparts expert tuition and support so you won't be alone!
