Salary: £28,297-£31,845 pa
Duration: Fixed Term Maternity Cover (anticipated 12 months starting towards the end of April)
Hours: 35 per week (full time)

Our client’s vision is to provide more homes, great services and better lives and the HR Team play an essential part of this; providing professional pragmatic advice to managers on a whole range of employee relations issues.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a great business on an interim basis. You will provide expert HR knowledge to influence and support the achievement of business strategy, goals and plans. In addition, you will be required to provide advice on policies, procedures and practices to ensure managers and employees are properly informed, supported and developed.
You’ll be working in the busy, friendly People Team, working closely with managers to provide an excellent advisory service on a range of HR issues including: proactive support and coaching for managers on employee casework (sickness, disciplinary and performance), supporting the redesign of teams/services, TUPE, as well as getting involved in the leadership and cultural change and wellbeing initiatives.
