Your new role
This a graduate recruitment opportunity as Student Recruitment Officer who will work closely with the Student Recruitment Manager to drive intelligence gathering in the region, identifying market opportunities and support the development of a regional plan aimed at generating and converting leads to achieve student recruitment KPIs. You will assist in the development and delivery of a regional plan that targets key institutions with a view to generating leads, applications and converting those leads to student enrolments. You will also assist the Student Recruitment Manager in providing analysis, metrics and feedback on events and inputting to future recommendations. Working within the agreed Account Management strategy you will develop and maintain external client relationships within universities, schools and colleges as well as firms in the region. This is essentially an outreach role so events is a large part of this role and you will be involved in the booking and running of these events as well as attending these events, giving presentations and running workshops.

What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for candidates who are commercially driven and target orientated. This is varied role where strong communications and highly organised approach is essential. You will have the ability to collect and manipulate data within a structure framework to support others in modifying strategic plans. You will be able to pro-actively identify problems and seek solutions to take a flexible approach to reach business outcomes. It also preferable that candidates have previous Education sector experience, preferably within student recruitment. The successful candidate will be able to act independently and apply an understanding of the business environment to input to the regional plan and be effective at various events.
