Our client is looking for a Resourcing Business Partner to join their growing function based in Exeter on a Permanent basis - covering the South West Region.

Client Details

Our client is a well known brand operating in the Utilities industry. They are looking to invest in their internal recruitment function and are keen to bring someone on board with new ideas and fresh approaches.

Description

The role of the Resourcing Business Partner based in Exeter will work alongside the HR function supporting with recruitment delivery and strategy.

The role will include but will not be limited to:

  • Providing guidance to the HR team on activities and processes in line with the recruitment strategy
  • Support the Group Recruitment Manager to deliver recruitment strategies
  • Ensure accurate administration of vacancies from conceptual stage to on boarding
  • Provide proactive recruitment support to the supported functions
  • Work alongside HRBPs to identify opportunities and adapt strategic approach
  • Supporting managers with advice and guidance
  • Build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally

Profile

The chosen Resourcing Business Partner will display the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous exposure to a Recruitment or Resourcing environment
  • Knowledge of the full recruitment life cycle
  • Able to build strong relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills
  • Ideally exposure to a large complex organisation

The base location of this role is in Exeter. There will be travel required across the South West predominantly, therefore a full UK driving license is essential.
