Job Details
My client is looking for an experienced Benefits manager to help further develop the benefits and pensions function at this multi national organisation. The role involves managing relationships with external providers, partnering with the business leaders, and guiding the HR function on benefits and pensions matters.
The ideal candidate will have;
- Previous experience in maintaining, and developing a benefits and pensions function on an international scale.
- Exposure to working within a medium to large organisation.
- The ability to work independently, as well as being able to function within a wider team.
If you have strong Global Benefits experience, excellent interpersonal skills and are interested in developing your skills within a fantastic organisation; this will be a fantastic opportunity for you.
