The Recruitment and Talent Advisor will directly support the business in the recruitment of key positions, support with HR and talent projects which are essential for the company's growth.
Client Details
My client are an international consultancy specialising in training. They are based in the heart of London.
Description
Internal Recruitment
Headhunting, executive search and direct sourcing of candidates
Writing and posting job adverts on various job boards
Screen all candidates before 1st interview
Act as main point of contact for internal teams eg drafting job descriptions
Collate interview feedback
Talent Management
Support the HR Manager in various HR and talent projects, such as developing and rolling out the competency framework
Identify high performing employees
Work on succession planning and talent pipeline
Educate management on salary review processes and ensure consistency across the company and encourage employee development
Profile
The successful candidate will be/have
- Experience working withing a talent/L &D function
- Proven experience either working as a 350 recruitment consultant/ internal recruiter or generalist HR
- Professional manner and a positive approach
- Self motivated and self sufficient
Job Offer
- Between £30,000 to £45,000
- 28 days per annum, plus bank holidays
