The Performance Management Manager is a new job to support the organisations drive to create centres of excellence and to build a high performance culture. The role will direct all activities with the performance management system in order to enhance the overall company performance through individuals' measurable contributions. In addition; you will be responsible for defining and driving compelling workshops and awareness programs to ensure full understanding of particular concepts relating to the performance management system. You will initiate and develop strong relationships with company leaders who drive the overall efforts but also support every individual to understand the concepts.

Key areas of responsibility will include pro-actively engaging in professional relationship management with company leaders to establish clear year-on-year methodology for objective and KPI setting. To act as the main advisor on all related matters in order to establish trust and mutual cooperation in promoting and enforcing set policies and procedures with performance management. Efficiently manage and conduct regular workshops for leaders, as well as other employee groups, to ensure that the established concepts are fully understood and followed. Oversee and proactively manage full performance management (PM) cycles on all processes relating to the appraisal and review. Lead on all communications relating to workforce requests to set objectives and KPI's throughout the performance year and ensure collaboration is undertaken and reported on at key times. Closely maintain and develop the current systems whilst supporting the integration with the corporate ERP system in order to gain efficiency. Develop and provide regular, high-level reports to ensure provision of accurate and up-to-date information for further strategic business decisions.

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in Performance Management. You will naturally work at pace, be detail focused and have outstanding communication/people skills. An effective leader, you will also have experience of working in a results-driven organisation with an ambitious change agenda. Your tool kit will include report writing, training delivery, blended learning solutions and presentation experience. You must be comfortable defining priorities in a department that is still establishing itself.
