Interim ER Consultant- Collective Consultation

A global trading and investment firm have a very interesting interim assignment available This is an ER Consultant- collective consultation and organisational restructure.

The company are currently undergoing a merger and acquisition and therefore are experiencing organisational restructure. They require an Interim ER Consultant to join on an initial 6 month assignment to support the period of change. They require a specialist who has specific hands-on end to end experience in running a collective consultation process. This will be everything from the admin through to team and individual consultation meetings, minutes, letters through to the employee's exit. No union experience necessary but collective consultation exposure is necessary as the process affects over 20 people. This is a particularly sensitive request for a number of functions of the business vs company wide.

The role will also require reviewing policies of the company but also that of the acquired company. Experience handling multiple and extensive ER cases for an organisation that has undergone merger and acquisition, is favourable and experience working within Financial Services is required.

Duties will be focused around organisational change management - including restructure/ Group and Individual Redundancy processes. Additional support to wider ER matters within the UK and EMEA may also be required.

CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have an ER background in a complex matrix business.

Excellent knowledge of current employment law with proven ability to run ER processes such as staffing and selection tools, collective consultations, disciplinaries and grievances

Proven experience of working within an HR team spread across multiple sites as well as experience of business partnering.

Ability to demonstrate your experience of supporting businesses through acquisition and integration as well as restructure, collective and group consultation across multiple regions including EMEA and APAC.

Quick to influence and engage at a senior level and will be computer savvy and able to interpret and present data.

Preferably experience within a Professional Services, Fintech or financial services background.

It is essential that you can start within the next month and commit to a contract of 6 months
