Reporting directly to the HR Manager and working closely with the HR and Employee Relations Advisor in the team, this role will have responsibility for talent attraction and acquisition, developing the businesses brand, onboarding new employees and working with and supporting key stakeholders within the business.

Our client are a leading Asset Services business who are in search of a driven and ambitious HR Advisor (with Resourcing)

Description

  • Provide support to managers and employees throughout the organisation throughout the recruitment process and at the start of the employment lifecycle.
  • Develop the companies LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Indeed presence, working with peers to roll out across global locations, where appropriate
  • Manage online and offline recruitment adverts.
  • Source candidates directly through LinkedIn
  • Manage recruitment agency partnerships.
  • Support business leaders in the selection process of candidates, including interview support.
  • Complete onboarding administration of new starters (making offers, setting up new employee profile in the HR system, creating personnel file, and completing visa applications, where required).
  • Deliver HR induction on a bi-weekly basis for new starters.
  • Provide cover for wider team, including HR Advisor (HR and Employee Relations) and HR Manager when required.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties, as required.

Profile

  • Experience working in a fast paced Human Resources environment (ideally a professional or financial services company)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Previous experience of using a HR system
  • Previous experience working within financial services an advantage
  • Previous experience managing recruitment campaings - particularly via LinkedIn would be a significant advantage
