HR Manager (6 month FTC)
Annapurna Recruitment has partnered with a leading higher education organisation based in London to recruit a Human Resources Manager on a 6 month FTC basis.
This role will be responsible for managing the HR operations team. You will look after all relevant projects including HRIS programmes, annual salary reviews and the bonus process. Systems development, MI, recruitment process, stat returns, iTrent, and pensions experience preferred.
The HR Manager will:
- Manage the HR Operations team to deliver the provision of a high quality operational HR function of all transactional and recruitment services within the employee lifecycle;
- Work closely with colleagues in the Digital Delivery Team to development of the College's HR systems (MHR iTrent, SAP Business Objects & Stonefish web recruitment), to fully realise their capabilities and to deliver high standards of service delivery, management information and analytics, and continuous process improvement;
- Lead development of pay strategies for senior staff and Remuneration Committee, oversee the analytical job evaluation process, lead on effective management and administration of the College's pension provision, and, with the Deputy Director of HR, the development of reward policy and procedure;
- Contribute to the effective management of the HR department, inputting into the HR budget and strategy, and major HR projects.
