Our client is the successful UK arm of a global business. They have recently piloted the roll out of a new HR system (Workday) in the UK and are looking for someone to take responsibility for that new system. Working alongside a small HR team and busy operational stakeholders as HR Systems Manager this is a pivotal role that will require you to provide expertise and leadership.

Responsibilities include

  • Ensuring key stakeholders have the necessary skills and confidence to use the HR System effectively.
  • Running coaching sessions and championing changes to process to ensure the new system can deliver a return on investment and bring business benefit.
  • Providing advice and guidance on system capabilities to Senior Stakeholders.
  • Planning and delivering further module roll-outs.

It is essential that you have experience of Workday as well as a strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to engage with staff at all levels.

You will be joining at a time where they are receptive to change and innovation and so you will have every chance to make a real impact. Longer term this is a role that may allow you to work with other countries within the global business providing advice and support during their system roll-outs.

Salary: £45000 + Car/Allowance and benefits
