Experience

- CIPD qualified

- Able to evidence achievements of working with SME's

- Ability to work in a standalone role

- An innovative ideas person with a hands on approach

- Ideally knowledge of international markets

- System implementation

- Dealing with business as usual including all aspects of employee relations.
