Prestigious Investment Manager located in the City of London is looking for a strong HR Generalist t to join their HR function for 9 months on a fixed term contract, starting ASAP.
Your new role
The role holder will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partners and other HR team members on a number of HR projects across the full employee lifecycle. This is an operational focused role and requires strong partnership with the wider HR team and other internal stakeholders as well as working and liaising with external vendor relationships eg recruiters etc.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience working as an HR generalist, ideally within Asset Management or Financial Services sector Have worked on a number of HR initiatives across the full HR life-cycle; including experience of implementing a LMS system will be highly desirable
Experience of working in an International HR environment would be an advantage
You will be highly organised with strong project management skills and experience, managing the expectations of multiple stakeholders
Be able to clearly demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of current employment legislation and regulatory changes affecting HR within financial services
Be driven, with a good energy and pace with a continuous appetite to strive for excellence
You will be client oriented with high standards of delivery in terms of quality and deadlines and resilient whilst working under pressure with a strong attention to detail at all times
You will have a high level interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral along with strong influencing skills
