HR Operations Lead

£28,294 – £32,838 per annum

36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

The location of the role can be flexible but will be based at one of the larger Partnership Schools in Effingham, Hersham or Oxted.

The Human Resources department plays a key role in supporting The Howard Partnership Trusts strategic aims and objectives and is committed to bringing out the best.

Working Monday to Friday 8.30pm to 4pm, no two days are the same leading the HR Operations team at THPT! You will have strong line management experience ideally across multiple sites, regularly liaising with all employees across the Trust, providing sound operational advice whilst managing and juggling multiple priorities. Striving to help achieve an excellent and efficient administrative HR support services to the schools and the wider partnership.

You should hold the relevant degree and/or professional qualification with experience, be proactive and be able to demonstrate outstanding operational organisation and communication skills. Experience of working in the education sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
