Talent Acquisition Manager
A global intelligence organisation based in London is currently recruiting for an experienced Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager. The organisation is embarking on an exciting period of change and growth, so this role will be focusing on hiring a range of roles from junior to senior. This is to join a small but delivery focused HR team, where you will report directly to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.
The role will support the hiring of key roles in London and globally. The main accountabilities will include:
*Resourcing - help define needs of the business and formulate the most appropriate attraction methods
*Interviewing to a senior level
*Manage third party suppliers and relationships
*Provide technical support and guidance on annual recruitment events
*Build strong relationships internally and ensure processes are clearly defined
*Facilitate delivery of assessments
*Assist with induction of new joiners
*Maintenance and management of the recruitment database
Skills and Experience
*Have worked in a Recruitment delivery capacity within a global organisation
*Proven experience working with large volumes of roles
*Agency and/or RPO experience will be beneficial
*Strong stakeholder management
