We're looking for a savvy Director of Talent to join one of the most innovative Technology start-ups in the world. As the organisation scales, the need to optimise the hiring processes across the team as the organisation produces some of the most advanced products globally.

From leading the hiring efforts, through to defining the Talent Strategy this role is pivotal to the task of scaling internationally, as we build scale into our products. You will have experience helping hiring managers to define job descriptions, through to applying sophisticated techniques to identify candidates.

As a Boolean search recruiting ninja, you're able to unearth talent and learn quickly to optimise your search techniques to find the right person for the brief. Having direct experience of managing an end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage is critical for achieving success in this role.

Leading a team of 7 it is a key requirement that you've managed, engaged and developed sizeable teams to deliver complex hires into a fast-paced business.

Running clear, precise and detailed reporting is a key factor; highlighting recruitment velocity, process improvement ideas and creating a smooth operation.

Responsibilities:
· Design and lead the hiring strategy for the remainder 2019 and beyond
· Contribute to the definition of the Employer Value Proposition and leverage content to share the brand
· Capture headcount requirements across multiple functions and set delivery targets
· Super-star sourcing skills via: LinkedIn Recruiter, Google, Meet-up, GitHub and others
· Automated sourcing expertise
· Proven results with recruiting engineers and other tech roles at volume
· Solid understanding of SDLC and modern themes within Software Engineering (micro-services, DevOps etc)
· Interest in AI, Machine Learning, Functional Programming and Scale.
· Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (technical screening, structured, competency-based, stress etc)
· Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
