HRIS Project Manager

Are you a HR Systems Project Manager, looking for a role where you can make an impact? This national regulatory body are looking to completely review their HR Systems from the ground up. Based in the heart of Birmingham's business district, you'll work with them over 18 months to review their existing systems and processes, make recommendations and implement new systems to enable them to make sophisticated, data-driven decisions.

Their systems and processes have grown organically over the last decade, and you will lead the project to enable their systems to be better integrated and more effective. You will work closely with the wider HR team and senior internal and external stakeholders, and your recommendations will leave a lasting impact on the organisation. You will manage the entire procurement process for new HR systems, and lead on their implementation.

Your previous experience of system review projects and implementing integrated HR systems will be a major benefit to our client. You will need demonstrable experience of taking a leading project management role, as this is a key position within the project. You will manage relationships both within the organisation and with external stakeholders, so will need excellent communication and collaboration skills.
