Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Manager

Payroll, Compensation and Benefits Manager opportunity to join a leading purpose driven organisation.

This Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Manager position will involve managing the business's payroll operations, both UK and international, including Netherlands, LATAM and Europe.

Other responsibilities will include working closely with the HR Director on future year payroll and rewards prediction's, and analysing and developing the global benefits.

To be considered for this position you must have experience managing payroll in the UK, LATAM and Netherlands and detailed knowledge of Payroll Systems, Taxation, NI rules and Pension.

You will have a good understanding of the statutory requirements across UK, LATAM and Netherlands.
