Our client, a well-known Hospitality company, are looking for a high-potential Learning & Development officer to join their excellent team in central London.
This role will you the successful applicant working as part of a well-sized Learning function to deliver and develop learning solutions. It is a great opportunity to work directly underneath an experienced L&D Manager and join a recognisable brand.
- Design training programmes.
- Supporting L&D Managers and Senior L&D managers on a project basis and on crucial training programmes
- keep on top of the admin requirements of an L&D function.
-Deliver courses through group training and individual engagement.
