Interim HR Manager
Your new role
A full generalist HR Manager role, you will be supporting staff in the UK and across Europe with the full employee lifecycle. Your role will include managing recruitment, on-boarding and changes to T&C, along side managing any ER issues and coaching and developing managers. During this interim period, there will also be a number of projects to complete, including some work around reward and bonuses.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager or HR Business Partner, who is able to start a post immediately. As a stand alone HR Manager, you will need to be comfortable supporting all aspects of the employee life cycle.
