Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will be responsible for Compensation and Recognition and will act as a trusted adviser and Subject Matter Expert across Wellcome.

Help shape, deliver and manage the overall Wellcome Reward strategy,Provide accurate and timely information for regulatory reporting and support governance requirements (e.g. Remuneration Committee)Provide advice on all compensation and recognition issues, including market trends, compensation structures in established and new ventures, recognition drivers.Manage the provision of compensation and recognition services to all divisions, including job evaluation, pay benchmarking, annual pay review cycle, short, medium and long-term recognitionWork in close collaboration with the People Services unit on operational excellence and Reward processes, practices and proceduresManage one Reward Analyst providing performance management and supporting their personal and professional development.Support the implementation of Workday Compensation Modules and manage on-going technological requirementsExperience & Skills
