A Payroll Supervisor is currently being recruited for an International Business based in Essex. This role will be the payroll subject matter expert and lead a team of two.
As the Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing an in-house weekly and monthly payroll and managing a small team on a daily basis. The Payroll Supervisor will ensure that all statutory deductions are made accurately & on time whilst reporting information to third parties. You will ensure that all statutory reporting is in line with legislative requirements & resolve all payroll related queries.
They will need the successful candidate to focus on building relationships between payroll & the wider businesses including HR & Finance- identify areas of improvement, make changes and drive the department forward.
