An exciting new opportunity has arisen in the Ipswich area for a full time, interim HR Assistant to join a growing organisation.

Your new role
In your new role as Staffing Advisor you will be supporting both the administration team and staffing team. Your duties will include the organisation of rotas for employees including the liaising of cover, overseeing the staffing rota administration organisation wide and also creating individual rotas for senior staff.

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful applicant you will have excellent administrative and customer service skills, alongside knowledge of confidentiality and data protection is required. You will also be confident at managing your own workload and work well as a team.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £10.43 - £13.7 per hour and an excellent opportunity to work within a fast paced and growing organisation.
