Your new role
You will be responsible for overseeing all recruitment and selection campaigns across the organisation. This includes, supporting and advising line managers on the recruitment process and participating as an interview panel member. You will also be providing specialist HR advice to all employees around HR policies and procedures. Furthermore, you will provide advice and support to employees surrounding ER matters, including sickness, absence, disciplinairies and grievances. In addition you will supervise payroll related changes, as well as, liaising with the HR&OD Business Partner on different HR projects and initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, any experience using NHS Jobs and ESR is desirable. However, it is essential that you have previous experience in dealing with ER cases end-to-end as well as, writing, reviewing and implementing policies.
