Implement a new L&D system and provide training in the roll out as well as responsibility for managing the L&D budget

Client Details

The client is one of the UK's largest private property companies, established roughly 7 years ago. They cover asset management, property management and facilities management of an extensive client portfolio.

Description

  • Implement and roll out a learning management function
  • Deploy a range of learning methodologies to support capability development e.g. e-learning, coaching, classroom, and blended solutions. Including bite size lunch & learns
  • Create guidance and a set of learning interventions to welcome new starters to the business;
  • Provide L&D guidance and support to HR Business Partners and individuals from across the business;
  • Monitoring the L&D spend and budget;

Profile

  • Degree level or equivalent vocational/professional qualification or equivalent professional experience in organisational psychology;
  • Coaching Qualification;
  • Accreditation to use level A&B psychometrics
  • Expert knowledge of the use and implementation of learning technologies and LMS;
  • Expert knowledge of people development and adult learning theories;
  • Expert knowledge of different learning methodologies;
  • Knowledge of employee engagement;
  • Experience of implementing a Learning Management System;
  • Experience of partnering with the business to drive LMS usage and engagement with the system;
  • Experience of developing curricula either as SME or partnering with SME in the business.
