Compensation and Benefits Manager
Our client are looking for someone to develop and manage all Compensation and Benefits activity across EMEA.
The organisation are looking for someone with a comprehensive in house compensation background, as well as an ability to manage senior stakeholders working up to CEO level within the organisation. Experience in working within a large matrix structure is also desireable.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future reward strategy of the organisation with a strong level of visibility at group level within the business.
