One if the leading international financial services houses located in the heart of The City of London are looking to recruit an experience Senior HR Business Partner to for part of a close and experience HR team reporting to the Divisional HR Director.

Supporting the HRD and the Executive Teams to achieve the HR & Development team's strategic objectives.

You will be the HR lead on a range of different projects and responsibilities, looking to ensure the continual strategic partnership gained from the business and its continual success.

The Role:

The successful candidate with have responsibility for two separate business groups. One with a client base of approximately 350 mostly based in London (some regional offices) and the other 190 all London based.

HR is high on the agenda to both divisions. Though with different HR requirements presently the role will be both challenging and rewarding. Ranging from engagement to restructuring and everything in between.

Background and experience:

You will have sound employment law knowledge, including up to date TUPE knowledge. Ideally gain from within an insurance services environment.

Substantial HR experience both operational and strategic from a commercial environment.

Experience in dealing with complexed relationships but in a tactical and professional manner/strong emotional intelligence.

Commercially minded with strong stakeholder skills.

This role does require the successful candidate to be able to work onsite 5 days per week with some expectation to travel on occasions.
