Description

In a busy and varied L&D Advisor position in Bradford, roles and responsibilities are to include, however are not limited to:

• Design and deliver practical tailored learning and development solutions to meet business needs.
• Review all materials, techniques and methodologies on a regular basis to ensure the highest quality is delivered.
• Identify learning and development needs through the business planning process.
• Develop and deliver the management development and business skills training modules e.g. coaching, performance management, presentation skills, influencing.
• Develop and deliver bespoke and off the shelf on-line learning solutions.

Profile

• Demonstrate relentless drive, energy and determination
• Excellent communication ability both written and verbal
• Demonstrable ability to design and deliver training material
• Have experience in a similar Training/L&D position

Job Offer

£30,000 - £34,000 + Quarterly Bonus Potential + Great Company Benefits + Company Parking
